Ballet is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise and is great for developing a healthier and happier body. As with most forms of physical exercise, Ballet helps to reduce stress through the release of endorphins (i.e. “feel good chemicals”). Our stretch and tone exercises are designed to strengthen muscles and to improve both flexibility and fitness.
No previous ballet experience is required and you’ll find our adult class both welcoming and non-intimidating. For dress code, we recommend something comfortable and nonrestrictive. Try one of our trial classes at no charge to find out if ballet is for you.
